Advice on safe use of magnetic coupling fan of sterilization cabinet

Thank you for your trust and support in our sterilizers. In view of the particularity of magnetic coupling fan and the safe use of sterilizers, we hereby advise you as follows:
HXUNQ Series Magnetic coupling sealing fan is a high-efficiency, energy-saving, zero-leakage circulating fan dedicated to ethylene oxide sterilization cabinets (hereinafter referred to as fan). Open the fan in the usual condition of heating, dosing and sterilization and increase air flow in sterilization cabinet. Suitable temperature, humidity and EO concentration is ensured to improve greatly product sterilization effect.
According to flammable, explosive, toxic, penetrating and corrosive characteristics of ethylene oxide, we have cooperated with fan manufacturers to develop special designs in the structure and material treatment of the fan. With features of explosion-proof, corrosion resistance, zero leakage and easy maintainance, etc, the fan is mainly composed of explosion-proof motor, magnetic coupling transmission assembly, monitoring sensor (if any) and other parts. Its basic working principle is: while the motor is driving external magnetic rotors, magnetic induction line passes through the gap and the isolation sleeve to internal magnetic rotors, which makes fan impellers rotate synchronously with the motor. Ethylene oxide is isolated by static isolation sleeve and explosion-proof motor to ensure safe operation.
Ethylene oxide has a certain corrosivity to bearing grease on transmission axis. Therefore, the following conclusions are drawn after years of our practice and research.
1. Normal life of bearing is 10,000 hours and it must be replaced more than that time;
2. Stop equipment, exclude and repaire the breakdown in the course of the occurrence of the following abnormal phenomenon, otherwise there is a risk of flash explosion:
〈1〉There is abnormal sound generated by collision or abnormal friction in the fan;
〈2〉Bearing temperature (if any) rises sharply to alarm value (the program will stop automatically if setted);
〈3〉Rotary sensor (if there is) alarm, and rotary speed greatly reduces (the program will stop automatically if setted);
In view of the above situation, our company suggests as follows:
1. Establish fan regular maintenance system:
〈1〉check whether fixed or connecting bolts are loose, and whether there is noise during operation;
〈2〉Check whether blades are deformed or loose, and whether all kinds of monitoring sensors work normally.
〈3〉If the fan is stored or stopped for a long time, it is necessary to disconnect duct connection and manually wave impellers to feel whether its transmission is smooth or not. Otherwise, Bearing grease or bearing should be replaced.
2. Select dialytic packing materials before dosing, which destroys the limit condition of explosion and is beneficial to vacuum treatment and nitrogen filling; furthermore, we also recommend that you choose nitrogen replacement during the cleaning process of sterilization.
