The cold winter has arrived and the cold wave is constantly coming. Please pay attention to the reminder of preventing icing when the ambient temperature is below 0℃ in the maintenance list of our sterilizer. In order to prevent freezing of each water component of the sterilizer caused by low temperature, avoid unnecessary losses and ensure the safety and normal operation of the equipment, anti-freezing measures are provided here. The methods are as follows:

 

1. For the sterilizer that is not stopped, when the place is lower than 0 degrees, the water in the vacuum pump, circulating pump, gasifier, water tank, water pipe and other parts with water should be drained, and then added when in use. If the sterilizer is out of use for a long time, it is recommended to exhaust the water in the jacket of the sterilizing box;

2. If the sterilizer needs to be used regularly and the ambient temperature cannot be ensured, the water pump should be on for 24 hours to keep the water flow in the pump;

3. Check whether the parts of the sterilizer are frozen before use; If found frozen, it is recommended to contact our after-sales service：
